Although I’m doing 200 sit-ups everyday, I added 20 push-ups on the menu.
My diet is going well and I want to get my body fat percentage down before my physical in March.

毎日腹筋200回やってるんだけど、メニューに腕立て伏せ20回を追加した
ダイエットは順調で、体脂肪率を3月の健康診断までに減らしたいのだ

Although I injured my finger the other day, today I’m fine without bandaid.
Meanwhile ,I had stopped doing leather craft.
So I begin doing leather craft again!
It’ s been 4 days since last leather craft and it was so much fun!
Also, I couldn’t take a bath ,I took a shower because I didn’t want wet the injured finger.
So I took a bath!
先日指を怪我したけど、今日、絆創膏なしで大丈夫になった
その間、レザークラフトやめていた
だからレザクラ再開した！
4日ぶりにできてとっても楽しかった！
加えて、ケガした指を濡らしたくなかったので風呂に入れなかった、シャワー浴びてた。
だから風呂に入った！

They announced the department’s new structure today.
Park-san and Suzuki-san became the new member of my team!
We have known each other for about 15 years.
And we used to be the same team about 10 years ago.
They have very high IT skills and they are good guys, so I’m very happy to work together again!
But as they were told to change team suddenly, they looked a little confused.
So I recomended the book of “Where’d cheese go?”
As I wrote the diary about it before, I thought this book was the best for their situation.
I hope they read this book in this weekend and they begin to look for new cheese!
今日部署の新体制の発表があった
朴さんと鈴木さんが私のチームメンバーになった！
私たちは約15年来の知り合いです
んで、10年ぐらい前は同じチームでした
彼らはとても高いITスキルを持っていていいヤツなのでまた一緒に働けてうれしい！
けど、彼らは急にチーム変更を言われ、ちょっと戸惑っているみたいだった
なので、「チーズはどこへ消えた」を勧めておいた
前、日記にも書いたように彼らの状況にぴったりの本だと思ったのだ
彼らがこの週末に読んで新しいチーズを探し始めたらいいなぁ

It was very very cold today.
I had been at the shared office since early morning, so I didn’t know if it snowed.
But when I looked at the Twitter, some people tweeted it snowed.
When I was out of the office, it was very cold but it didn’t snow.
It was raining.
今日はとっても寒かった
早朝からシェアオフィスにいたんだけど、雪が降るかどうかは知らなかった
けど、ツイッターをみたら何人かが雪が降ってるとつぶやいていた
外に出たらとても寒かったけど雪は降っていなかった
雨が降っていた

I began to play “Disney TsumuTsumu” again.
This is one of the iPhone Appilcations.
The rule is very simple.
Many disney mini charactors fall from above.
When the player traces the same adjacent charactors with finger, they disappers and get score and coins.
Although I had played it until a year ago, I had gotten bored with it and I stopped.
But the new event in it began recently.
So, I began it again.
I wanted the charactor “Jedi Luke”, and at last I got it!

ディズニーツムツムを再開しました。
これはiPhoneアプリの一つです。
ルールはとってもシンプル。
たくさんのディズニーミニキャラクターが上からテトリスのように落ちてきます。
プレイヤーは指で隣り合う同じキャラクターをなぞると消えて、点数とコインがもらえます。
1年前まではやってたんだけど、飽きてやめてた。
けど、最近新しいイベントがゲーム内で始まって再開した
「ジェダイルーク」が欲しかったんだけどついに手に入れた！

I sent a message to the customer who ordered the leather PC case for apologize.
It’s been about 3 weeks since I got the order.
And I also injured my finger yesterday, so it might take a little longer to finish.
She answered ‘All right. I’ll wait patiently.’
I had to finish it as soon as possible!

PCレザーケースを注文してくれたお客様にお詫びのメッセージを送った。
注文いただいてから3週ぐらいたつ。
また、昨日指をけがしてもう少し完成に時間がかかりそうなのだ。
彼女は「いいですよ。気長に待ちます」と返信くれた。
なるはやで終わらせなければ！
